Rental Period & Return Date: Rentals must be returned on the last day of your rental period. If this falls on the weekend, it will need to be returned the next working day. Please alter the rental period to accommodate for this. Lates fees will apply, if the garment isn’t returned on time.

Rental Booking Deadlines

  • General Rental Bookings: Please book rentals at least 3 working days before your rental period begins. Any bookings made on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday for the upcoming weekend cannot be fulfilled.
  • Postal Orders: For rentals needed over the weekend, postal orders must be placed by Tuesday at 10pm. Orders made after this cut-off will not be fulfilled for the upcoming weekend.
  • Pick-Up in Tauranga: Pick-up orders can be placed until Saturday at 12 pm for that weekend or same-day rentals. However, for same-day rentals, we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure enough time to prepare your item.

Christmas & New Year Period

Holiday Season Rental Information

The Rentwithwai Christmas & New Year period is from December 17th to January 6th. All rentals during this time will be shipped by December 17th, regardless of the booking date, and will enjoy an extended rental period at no extra cost.

Please note that our Terms & Conditions will be strictly enforced during this season. Late fees will apply if rentals are returned late, so we encourage you to review our T&Cs carefully before booking.

Return Deadlines:

  • Postal rentals: Must be returned by 2:00 pm. on January 6th.
  • Local drop off rentals: Must be returned by 11:59 pm. on January 5th.

Delivery & Pick-Up Options

  • Tauranga Pick-Up: If you’re located in Tauranga and prefer to pick up your rental, please select “Pick-Up” both on the individual rental page and at checkout. Orders not following this procedure cannot be fulfilled.
  • Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery: For standard overnight shipping, please select the $16 delivery option at checkout.

Rural Delivery: For rural overnight shipping, please select the $20 rural delivery option. Please read the shipping information carefully to ensure you understand what overnight rural delivery looks like.

  • Pick-Up Date Selection: When choosing pick-up, please select the date you’ll be wearing the rental. The end date should be the day you’ll return it. Late fees will apply if rentals are not returned on time unless prior arrangements have been made.
