Shipping

We ship all orders through New Zealand Post's Overnight Courier Service.

We do not ship anywhere outside of New Zealand, any international orders placed will be refunded immediately. 

Shipping Prices:

- Return Shipping NZ Wide: $16.00 NZD

- Return Shipping NZ Wide (RURAL): $20.00 NZD

- Pick Up (Free)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) and will be dispatched 2-5 days before your selected date, depending on availability and the time of booking. Our goal is to have your order arrive 1-3 days prior to your event.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder before reaching out, as the email may have been filtered there!

Return Instructions

On the final day of your rental period, please return the garment to your nearest NZ Post counter by 4pm using the provided courier bag. If the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, return it the next working day.

Important: Do not use an NZ Post Drop Box, as these are not regularly monitored, and parcels may not be scanned promptly.

If you lose the provided courier bag, contact us immediately. If you have access to a printer, we can send you a replacement courier label. However, if you don’t have printer access, you’ll need to purchase an NZ Post bag with an Overnight Courier ticket. Please send us the new tracking number promptly to avoid late fees.

Local Drop-off by End of Day (EOD) for the following business day after your event

Late Fees Policy

A late fee of $20 per day will apply if a garment is not returned on the last day of your rental period or the next working day. If we need to cancel another booking due to a late return, you will be responsible for covering these fees.

Please follow our Terms & Conditions carefully, as non-compliance may lead to additional fees and prevent other customers from fulfilling their rental bookings.

Public Holiday Weekends

During public holiday weeks or weekends, late return fees are $25 per late day due to increased demand and scheduling constraints. For example, your rental garment can be returned on Tuesday after a public holiday Monday, following the same posting rules as above.

Postal Requirements

All rentals must be posted back over the counter at your local NZ Post store only. Using drop boxes or any other form of posting will be considered as not sent, and you will still be charged late fees. Drop boxes are not cleared daily, so this ensures timely receipt of your returned garment.

Delays

Postal rentals I offer partial refund for packages that do not arrive in time for booked events, provided the delay is due to issues on the courier's end and not an attempted delivery or awaiting collection situation. Please note that while I send out packages promptly via overnight courier on Mondays & Tuesdays to allow ample time for delivery, delays can occur that are beyond my control and are the responsibility of NZ Post. This is a risk you take choosing to rent. To qualify for store credits, you must provide proof of the delay and non-arrival of the package before your event via direct message on instagram. Refunds are issued based on the price of the booked rental; shipping costs are non-refundable as courier services were utilised despite any delays.

Rural Postage

Posting to a rural address is at your own risk. Rural deliveries typically take 1-2 days to arrive and your order will not be posted to you early. If you would like the additional security to ensure your rental arrives in time, we would recommend getting your dress sent to a friend/family member's address that is non-rural!
